As the Accounts Payable Specialist, you must have excellent communication skills and a professional image. You have solid Microsoft Office Suite proficiency and, preferably, MS Dynamics experience. The Accounts Payable Specialist adheres to all company policies and procedures.

** What You?ll Do:**

As the Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for processing vendor invoices with correct distribution to general ledger expense accounts. The Accounts Payable Specialist will also ensure bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner. Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment, and other charges will also be the Accounts Payable Specialist?s responsibilities.
